ATLANTA – The Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) is helping Alorica recruit about 30 customer service representatives to work at a call center in Kennesaw.
The GDOL is hosting the recruitment on Tuesday, Jan. 12, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at its Cartersville Career Center located at 19 Felton Place in Cartersville.
Salaries begin at $9 an hour and range up to $11 an hour. Applicants must have a high school diploma or a General Education Diploma (GED), at least six months experience working in a call center, and be familiar with Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel applications. Applicants who have an associate degree are encouraged to apply.
