Luke Holland Pinkard is already facing charges in Gordon County for using a device to film underneath an individual’s clothing under certain circumstances, child molestation, and shoplifting after he reportedly secretly stuck his phone up at least eight female customers’ skirts and shorts, including a 14-year-old girl, and took photos at Buc-ee’s in Calhoun on July 23rd last year. He reportedly got a fountain drink, drank it, threw the cup away, and left without paying.
