An Alabama man died in a one-car accident in Bartow County Thursday night.  According to Georgia State Patrol Reports, the crash occurred January 10th, at approximately 8:00 p.m.  A 2002 Nissan Maxima driven by 21-year-old, Jackson Rumley of Madison Alabama was traveling south on I-75.  The vehicle was in the left lane attempting to negotiate a right curve.  Rumley traveled off the east side of the roadway, into the median, proceeded through a ditch and continued up an embankment.  The car continued southbound in the median and began to rotate counter-clockwise, striking a tree with its right side as it came to an uncontrolled rest, facing east.  The areas of impact were on I-75 South in the center median.

Twenty-one-year-old, Jackson D. Rumley Madison, AL, was fatally injured.
