Emergency crews were called to Toyo Tire in White at 9:00 Monday morning for an industrial accident. According to reports, a 49-year-old male fell approximately 30 feet from a scissor lift to the ground. Upon arrival, EMS personnel found the man conscious and alert. It appears that he has a severe leg fracture and possibly a hip fracture. The patient was transported by a medical helicopter to the Atlanta Medical Center to be treated for his injuries.
