According to Cartersville Police reports, Brandy Kotteman was stopped while driving erratically Sunday. She was charged with driving under the influence and placed under arrest.
Sheriff Clark Millsap released the following statement: On Monday, March 7, 2016, Deputy Brandy Kottemann, who was employed by the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office and assigned to the Court Security Division retired after twenty-three years of service. Deputy Kottemann had been an employee of the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office since August 1992.
