According to Bartow County Coroner Joel Guyton, there were five individuals that passed away at the Stonehaven Falls Apartments in Cartersville. Both the GBI and BCSO are working the case. The circumstances, names, ages, and causes have not been released at this time.
According to Sheriff Clark Millsap, at approximately 1635 hours, Deputies, Agents with the Georgia Bureau of Investigations, and Investigators responded to 1702 Stonehaven Circle, Cartersville, Georgia, 30120 in reference to an unknown problem later determined to be a death Investigation.
Deputies discovered five deceased individuals inside the residence. At this time, due to the nature of the investigation, no further information will be released. The individuals are being transported to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Crime Lab for autopsies and the case is under an active investigation.
