First responders were dispatched to Bishop Road near Country Meadow Way in Cartersville around 8:30 tonight to a pedestrian that was struck by a vehicle.
Bartow County EMS found a 12-year-old boy conscious, but confused and unaware of what happened to him.
Witnesses say that he was initially unconscious and unresponsive. He was quickly assessed and transported to Floyd Medical Center due to a possible head injury.
