Bartow County deputies were dispatched to a residence on Creek Trail in Acworth on Saturday morning in reference to a male striking another male with a tool.
A deputy was informed that the suspect was leaving in a black vehicle towards Glade Road. The deputy located the vehicle and initiated a stop on Clark Circle.
The suspected, Victor Alcaraz, stated he got into a verbal argument with a male at his girlfriend’s house and that the male fell down.
Another deputy discovered back at the residence that the male had a wound to his head and a leg due to Alcaraz hitting him with a crowbar.
A crowbar was found next to Alcaraz’s driver’s side door and he was arrested for aggravated assault.
