The Adairsville Tigers were unable to capitalize on miscues by the Calhoun Yellow Jackets on Friday night and fell in the region contest by a score of 39-14.
The Tigers committed five turnovers in the game, which stalled numerous drives. Adairsville had touchdown receptions from Jacob Ray and Wade Conduff in the game but was unable to stop Ethan Crump and Jerrian Hames, who had two touchdowns each.
Adairsville will not have much time to reflect on the loss as a game against Sonoraville next week may decide who gets into the playoffs and who will sit at home.
