(1) Christopher Willingham—-received a total sentence of 30 years to serve 5 yrs. incustody–the remainder on probation–pay $2,500 fine–complete 80 hrs. community service–complete drug evaluation course and any recommended treatment;

Willingham exonerated all of his co-defendants during his guilty plea hearing– State prosecutor Erle Newton is expected to file a motion for a nolle prosequi (dismisal) order with the Court for those co-defendants.

(2) Cristi Etheridge–entered her plea of guilty to a misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana–and received a sentence to serve 12 months on probation–pay a $500.00–complete 20 hours of community service–complete drug evaluation course and any recommended treatment—-and exonerated her co-defendant–husband –Brandon Shea Etheridge of the same charge.

State prosecutor Erle Newton is expected to file a motion for a nolle prosequi (dismisal) order with the Court for Brandon Shea Etheridge.
