A man charged with nine counts of sexual exploitation of children enters a guilty plea in Bartow Superior Court. Fifty-five-year-old, Bryan Keith Thurman of Rydal was arrested in March 2023 and charged with failure to appear, criminal trespass pass, and sexual exploitation of children. He pleaded guilty to criminal trespass charges and nine counts of sexual exploitation of children. He received a 15-year sentence with three years to serve incarcerated and the remainder on probation. He must pay a $1,000 fine and attorney fees. He must also undergo a psychosexual evolution and follow sex offender conditions. Thurman also pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal trespass.
According to the warrants, Thurman was found in possession of images and videos of child pornography. His attorney said during the investigative phase of the case, Thurman cooperated with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
