The special election being held in White City for the vacant mayor seat is about a month away. With that the majority of the monthly Bartow County Board of Elections meeting held on Monday was in regard to deadlines and preparations being made.
The Election Supervisor Joseph Krik presented the dates for advanced voting which are as follows.
- February 27th to March 4th
- March 6th to March 10th
- March 13th to March 17th
It was also stated advanced voting will be open from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. for its entirety. The last day for citizens of White City who live within the city limits to register to vote is Tuesday February 21st. Election Day for this special election is on March 21st.
