An area nursing home notifies families of a confirmed case of COVID-19. WBHF reached out to Townsend Park for comment. Amy Able handles communication for Townsend Park. Able told WBHF an associate was tested and diagnosed positive with their physician. Townsend Park is screening associates prior to clock in, to help prevent the spread of the virus by not allowing associates who are ill to work.
