Bartow County Schools and after school activities cancelled for Tuesday. Tuesday will not be a Digital Learning Day. If school is canceled Wednesday, then that will be a Digital Learning Day.
Tuesday, Jan. 29, Cartersville City Schools will be closed for all staff and students. We will continue to monitor conditions on Tuesday to determine if further action is needed. Decisions about any make-up days will be made and communicated no later than the end of the day on Thursday.
-All campuses of Chattahoochee Technical College will be closed Tuesday, January 29, 2019, for both day and evening classes.
All Georgia Highlands College locations will be closed Tuesday.
Kennesaw State University (all campuses) will CLOSE Tuesday, January 29, 2019, all classes are CANCELLED. Classes scheduled for tonight – Monday, January 28, 2019 – will continue as scheduled.
The Frank Moore Administration and Judicial Center will be open EXCEPT the courtrooms. The courtrooms will be closed on Tuesday.
Euharlee City Administrative Offices will be closed Tuesday 1/29 due to forecasted inclement weather. The offices will reopen Wednesday 1/30 at 10 am.
The Georgia Department of Public Health Northwest Health District office in Rome and county health department clinical and environmental health offices in Bartow, Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, Floyd, Gordon, Haralson, Paulding, Polk, and Walker counties will be closed Tuesday, January 29.
All Coosa Valley Credit Union locations will delay opening until 10 am on Tuesday, in anticipation of inclement weather. Should they need to make further updates due to conditions in the morning, they will post those on their Facebook page and send additional updates.
Grand Theatre acting classes for Tuesday evening are cancelled. They will be rescheduled at a later time.
