The Bartow County Commissioner is pleased to announce a decrease in the millage rates for 2023. The Commissioner will adopt the reduced millage rates at his August 9th Public Meeting, which will reduce the rate for incorporated areas from 8.99 mills to 7.49 mills and for unincorporated areas from 7.96 mills to 6.97 mills. The Commissioner will adopt the new millage rates during his Public Meeting on August 9, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Conference Room at 135 W. Cherokee Avenue, Cartersville, Georgia 30120. Citizens are invited to attend.
