On June 13th, Adairsville Police Officers observed a Dodge Charger at the intersection of Highway 140 and Highway 41 due to a tail light that was not working. Officers conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, Lamar Darin Chisolm age 24 of Huntsville Ala. While talking with Chisolm, officers detected a strong smell of Marijuana coming from the interior of his vehicle. Officers then searched Chisolm and found several containers with Marijuana inside them throughout his vehicle. All together officers located over 9 grams of Marijuana.
Chisolm was arrested and transported to the Bartow County jail where he was charged with Possession of Marijuana and the inoperable tail light.
