A woman charged in connection with the shooting death of Robert Ashley Carr receives a 40 year sentence. Stephanie Fawn Gardner was sentenced in Bartow Superior court Wednesday afternoon. Sheprobation. Gardner also entered a guilty plea in separate case involving robbery charges. Gardner did not receive any additional time but she must testify against her co-defendants.
