A woman charged with murder receives a 30-year sentence.  30-year-old Cheyenne Denise Snopek of Cartersville was arrested on New Year’s Day 2023.  While in the jail, she reportedly gave a female inmate heroin to hold.  The woman ingested the drug, which was actually fentanyl.  Tiffany Gail Kimbrell later died.  Snopek received a 30-year sentence with eight years to serve incarcerated and the remainder on probation.  While incarcerated, Snopek will be allowed to participate in a drug treatment program.  Tune to WBHF to learn more about Tuesday’s hearing.  I also spoke with Kimbrell’s family members, who encouraged Snopek to get help.  Tune to WBHF for more on the story.
