CARTERSVILLE, GA; DECEMBER 3, 2013: The Cartersville Bartow County Exchange Club has postponed the Cartersville Christmas Parade until Thursday, December 12th, 2013.  This decision to move the parade to the rain date was made by the Exchange Club Parade Committee based on the forecast of inclement weather for this Thursday evening.

This is the first time in the history of the Exchange Club Christmas Parade that it has been postponed, but the decision was made in consideration of the parade participants and spectator safety and comfort.

The Christmas Parade will take place next Thursday, December 12th, 6pm.  The Exchange Club apologizes for any inconvenience this move will cause, but feels it is the best decision for the community.

Entry applications and information are still available at the Exchange Club Website: www.cartersvilleexchange.com or by calling 770-608-7009
