ATLANTA – The Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) will help staffing agency Express Employment Professionals recruit more than 50 quality control technicians to work in manufacturing plants in Carroll and Haralson counties in Georgia and other plants in Alabama.
The recruitment will be held Thursday, June 30, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the GDOL’s Cedartown Career Center located at 262 North Park Blvd.
Due to U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, all applicants must be at least 18 years old. Those who have at least one year of production or quality control experience are encouraged to apply. Also, they must be able to work up to 12 hours a day and lift at least 25 pounds of material. Since travel may be required, a valid driver’s license is necessary.
