It’s time for a Tuesday edition of Bartow’s Morning News, broadcasting the very best in local news, weather, traffic and sports on your award-winning community radio station.
We have two guest segments today. At 7:40AM, our Coaches Corner focuses on Woodland High School and head football coach, Vince DiLorenzo. We’ll talk about last week’s opener on the road to Villa Rica, a game they lost 27-3, and we’ll discuss their upcoming Friday night game on the road to region powerhouse, Allatoona.
Then, at 7:50AM, some of the memebers of the Jagged Stones, a Rolling Stones Tribute Band, will be in studios to discuss their upcoming show at the Grand Theatre on Saturday, September 7.
We will also begin to give away passes to the upcoming Pioneer Days Festival coming to Sam Smith Park over the Labor Day weekend and, with Labor Day coming up, we have some tickets to go to Lake Winnepesaukah.
