GDOL to host LGC Staffing recruitment next week in Marietta

ATLANTA – The Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) will help LGC Staffing recruit 20 service industry workers Tuesday, Sept. 15, in Cobb County.

The recruitment will be held from 12 noon to 3 p.m. at the GDOL’s Cobb Cherokee Career Center located at 465 Big Shanty Road in Marietta.

The company will be recruiting bartenders, cashiers, chefs, cooks, dishwashers, runners and servers with at least one year of customer service experience.

Applicants must be at least 24 years old, have a high school diploma, or a General Education Diploma (GED), and an occupational license such as a ServSafe certification.

Salaries range from $9 to $10 an hour.   The company will conduct a background check and drug-screening test.
