BCEMS responded to a private residence on Old Alabama Rd for a fall. Upon BCEMS arrival the crew found two males that had fallen approximately 30ft off the roof of the residence. One male was not injured. The second male was complaining of neck pain with no feeling in his legs. The patient also had a fractured leg and a Altered Mental Status. The patient was transported to Floyd Medical Center for treatment.
