Humberto Joseue Lobo Reneaud

Bartow County deputies arrested Marietta resident Humberto Joseue Lobo Reneaud and booked him into the jail on Monday morning for two counts of murder, feticide, possession of a firearm during commission of a crime, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

According to sources, Reneaud is accused of killing 22-year-old Seth Alexander Martin, 21-year-old Angelica-Rojas Fischer, and their unborn child at their home on Anns Trace in Acworth on July 17th or 18th 2016. Fischer was 22 to 23 weeks pregnant. WXIA TV in Atlanta reported that their toddler was also at home, but was spared. Animal control confiscated between 15 to 20 dogs that were inside the house at the time of the murder.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that he had been arrested in Cobb County on an unrelated incident that happened a day or two before the murders. He was accused of breaking the doors to his mother’s bedroom and threatening her with a beer bottle in front of three children. In that crime, he was charged with simple assault, criminal trespass, cruelty to children, and theft by taking.
