A two-vehicle collision shut down Joe Frank Harris Parkway in Adairsville for a while Wednesday.  According to Georgia State Patrol reports, the accident occurred at approximately 1 p.m. Wednesday.  A Toyota Four Runner driven by 57-year old Brian Holt of Adairsville was traveling east on Manning Mill Road approaching Joe Frank Harris Parkway.  Meanwhile, a Chevrolet Camaro driven by 24-year-old Jose De Jesus Dominguez was traveling north on Joe Frank Harris Parkway.

The Toyota traveled through the intersection without stopping, striking the left side of the Comaro with the front of Toyota.  Holt was transported to Floyd Medical Center by ambulance.  Dominguez was life-flighted to Grady Hospital with serious injuries.  The GSP Crash report is not complete.  Charges are pending.
