ATLANTA – Polls across Georgia will close at 7PM on Tuesday, July 24th.  In addition to the contest for governor, Republican voters will also decide the primary for lieutenant governor and secretary of state.  Democrats will vote for school superintendent.

Counties will begin tabulating results shortly after the end of the primary runoff election. Results will be made available through the Election Night Reporting (ENR) feature on the front page of the Georgia Secretary of State’s website.

Simply click the graphic on the front page to access results. The graphic will appear as such at the top of the front page:

All results listed are unofficial until certified following the primary runoff election.

Election officials from all of Georgia’s 159 counties upload a copy of unofficial results to the Secretary of State’s Election Night Reporting website. The results of the election are unofficial until they are certified by the election superintendent, followed by the Secretary of State.

While counties make every effort to complete tabulation at the earliest possible time, the highest priority is to maintain accuracy and security.

As in past elections, all state-qualified races can be found on the Georgia Secretary of State’s ENR website. County-level results will also be made available through ENR. Counties who have begun to report and completed reporting their results will be clearly marked as such.
