Good morning! It’s time for a Friday edition of Bartow’s Morning News, bringing you the best in news, weather, traffic and sports on your award-winning community radio station.
We have four guest segments today. At 7:40AM, Joey King, head football coach with the Cartersville Purple Hurricanes, will call in to our studios for our Coaches Corner to discuss last week’s return home win against Heritage-Catoosa and we will look to tonight’s game against Ridgeland at Weinman Stadium.
At 7:50AM, Rashad Robinson with FBLA at Cartersville High School will join us in studios to discuss the local chapter, their mission and how fellow students can get involved.
At 8:40AM, Terri Cox, Program Manager with the Grand Theatre, will talk to us about this year’s Century Bank Entertainment Series as well as other upcoming events at our hometown theatre.
And, during the entire third hour of Bartow’s Morning News, we will be spot-lighting the Downtown Gallery, located right next to WBHF.
