Cartersville, GA; September 29, 2014: October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and The Hope Center at Cartersville Medical Center is asking businesses in Bartow County to consider “Painting Your Town Pink” to promote breast cancer awareness.
To participate, businesses may paint or decorate their storefront in any way that encourages support of breast cancer awareness from October 1-31. Each business may submit a photo entry of their storefront to Facebook by October 19 to: www.facebook.com/paintyourtownpinkbartow
Online entry judging by breast cancer survivors take place during the week of October 20-24 and winners will be announced at the annual “Get Your Pink On” breast cancer awareness and survivor celebration event on Tuesday, October 28 at Sam Jones Memorial United Methodist Church, Cartersville.
