Surya Carpets already has offices in Calhoun that employ around 25 people, and, according to state reports, they plan to build a 574,000 ft Industrial campus at Cass White Road and Great Valley Parkway off 75 just north of Cartersville. The premium carpet maker says they will add an additional 711,000 square feet to the campus three years after the first phase is compete in December 2014. By 2017, the campus would cover 1.3 million square feet.
