Bartow County EMS responded to a single vehicle crash just after 9pm Wednesday night. The vehicle overturned on Bethany Bridge. BCEMS crews arrived to find a male patient with pain to the left arm. The EMS crew quickly assessed the patient and observed a possible fracture. He was transported to Cartersville Medical Center for treatment
