Bartow County EMS responded to a motorcycle accident on State Route 293 and Old Alabama Road in Emerson Tuesday evening.
A male was lying on the ground with numerous fractures to the right leg and wrist. He also had a head injury.
A medical helicopter picked the patient up for rapid transport to a level one trauma center (Grady Memorial Hospital).
