Last night, a pedestrian was crossing Joe Frank Harris Pkwy (Hwy 41) approximately 150 feet north of the crosswalk at Grassdale Road. The pedestrian was wearing dark clothing and was struck by a vehicle traveling south on Joe Frank Harris Pkwy. The pedestrian was deceased at the scene. No charges will be filed in the accident that killed the pedestrian last night.
