Bartow County EMS worked a two-vehicle accident with a one-vehicle rollover Monday morning on Highway 41 at the Red Top Connector. EMS transported one patient to Kennestone hospital for evaluation.
Bartow County EMS also worked a two-vehicle accident occurred on Center Road near Smiley Ingram Road on Monday morning. The accident was a head-on collision. One male patient was transported to Cartersville Medical Center for arm and wrist pain. The patient in the second vehicle was complaining of abdominal pain. Upon evaluation, the patient showed signs of internal bleeding. Life force medical helicopter was requested for transport to a Level 1 trauma center. The patient was flown to Atlanta Medical Center.
