A man accused of pushing an elderly man from a vehicle during a robbery enters a guilty plea.

 According to a press release from the Bartow County District Attorney Rosemary Greene, LEON KEITH OSHANDE TAYLOR, entered his plea of guilty Before SUPERIOR COPURT JUDGE SCOTT SMITH, for the June 4th, 2011, Robbery by Force and False Imprisonment crimes committed against 79 year old victim, ARTHUR LEE SMITH.  Taylor received a sentence totaling THIRTY (30) YEARS, with TWENTY (20) years to serve incarcerated, the remainder to serve on probation.

 TAYLOR’S co-defendant, JONI MAE EARWOOD, previously entered her guilty pleas to the same two crimes, on May 14th, 2013, receiving a sentence totaling THIRTY (30) YEARS, with TEN (10) years to serve incarcerated, the remainder to serve on probation.
