The identity of a man found dead in the Etowah River Saturday has been released. Bartow County Coroner Joel Guyton says the man has been identified as Justin Stephens, a Caucasian male in his twenties. Jonathan Rogers with the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office told WBHF Radio they are waiting on an autopsy report from the GBI for definite cause of death. Rogers says this appears to be an accidental death with no foul play or suicide suspected.
