A man accused of shooting his friend last November, entered a guilty plea to under the first offender program.  Jesse Daniel Johnson was charged with Involuntary Manslaughter following the shooting death of 20-year-old Keypher Logan Kelly.  On November 1st, 2014, Johnson and Kelly were drinking with friends.  They were cleaning guns when a gun accidentally fired, killing Kelly.  

Jonson received a 10-year sentence, 12 months to serve incarcerated and the remainder on probation.  While on probation, he must pay approximately $1,200 in restitution and possess no firearms.
