Bartow County deputies arrested Gregory Taylor of Cartersville and booked him into the jail on Tuesday morning on November 25th warrants for cruelty to children in the first degree for maliciously causing a child under the age of 18 cruel or excessive physical or mental pain, cruelty to children in the third degree for intentionally allowing a child under the age of 18 to witness the commission of a forcible felony, family violence battery, family violence simple battery, and felony violation of probation.
