All sporting events that were scheduled for yesterday, were rescheduled due to the weather. The Excel boys basketball team will now play Mount Pisgah at 6:30 today in the Region 6-A tournament. The Lady Eagles, who were scheduled to play Walker yesterday, will play today at 5:00. The Adairsville Tigers will now play Sonoraville in the Region 6-AAA tournament today at 8:30. And Lady Canes were scheduled to play Heritage-Catoosa today at 7:00, but that match-up has now been pushed back to tomorrow.
All soccer games that were scheduled for yesterday have been postponed with make up dates not yet announced.

Tomorrow in sports, The Georgia Highlands Chargers baseball team will look to remain perfect at home, as they host Chattanooga State at 3:00 for a doubleheader at Lakepoint Sporting Community. And in basketball, the Cartersville girls will play Heritage-Catoosa at 7:00. Should they win, they will receive a spot in the state playoffs.
