Tomorrow in high school baseball, four local teams are in action with Excel hosting Walker at 5:30, Adairsville hosting Murray County 5:55, Cartersville welcome Ridgeland at 5:55 and Woodland hosting Troy at 5:55.

Tomorrow in soccer, three local teams are in action with all times starting at 5:30. Adairsville will travel to Gordon Central, Cartersville will travel to Heritage and Woodland will host Creekview.

The Adairsville Lady Tigers are 10-0-1 on the season and first in their region with at 4-0 record. Adairsville is currently ranked as the 59th best soccer team in the state.

Cartersville is also 10-0-1 on the season and sits atop its region standings with a 6-0 conference record. The Lady Canes are currently ranked 66th in the state.

The Lady Colonels are just 5-7-1 on the season, which includes 0-4 in region play.

And the Lady Cats are 4-8-1 on the season and 3-3 in region play, which currently sits them seventh in their region out of 14 teams.

Tomorrow in collegiate baseball, the Georgia Highlands Chargers will travel to East Georgia State for the first game of a four game series at 5:30. This will be the Chargers’ fifth conference game of the season and their 33rd game overall.
