A Cartersville man ended up in the Floyd County Jail Saturday on two child-related charges.
Rome News-Tribune reports that 36-year-old Kyle Phillip Sumner contacted someone he thought to be a child using a computer and traveled to Floyd County to meet up.
Sumner is charged with child molestation and utilizing a computer service to solicit a child to commit an illegal act.
A judge set bail at $11,200.
