Richard Earl Poore
Bartow County deputies arrested Richard Poore of Cartersville and booked him into the jail on Friday morning for cruelty to children in the first degree for maliciously causing a child under the age of 18 cruel or excessive physical or mental pain, terroristic threats and acts, battery, simple battery, and criminal trespass.
