Mr. Yost has a proven ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with stakeholders, drive strategic planning initiatives, and deliver exceptional results. As the new Executive Director of Hickory Log Personal Care Home, Randy will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the organization’s overall vision, strategic direction, fundraising and operations. He will work closely with the board of directors, staff, volunteers and the wider community to ensure the continued success and growth of Hickory Log.
