Hickory Log Personal Care Home, a leading non-profit dedicated to giving social, vocational, financial, and educational training to men with intellectual or developmental disabilities, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Mr. Randy Yost as its new Executive Director effective Wednesday, June 19, 2024.  This decision comes after an extensive search process conducted by Hickory Log’s board of directors.  Mr. Yost brings with him an impressive 30-year track record of servant leadership, ministry, and executive level success.  He is a visionary leader with a demonstrated commitment to loving all people with a heart of compassion, service, and grace while developing and managing staff, budgets, facilities and programs to achieve organizational mission and program goals.  Mr. Yost has a proven ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with stakeholders, drive strategic planning initiatives, and deliver exceptional results.  As the new Executive Director of Hickory Log Personal Care Home, Randy will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the organization’s overall vision, strategic direction, fundraising and operations.  He will work closely with the board of directors, staff, volunteers and the wider community to ensure the continued success and growth of Hickory Log.  Randy’s extensive experience and innovative approach will undoubtedly propel Hickory Log towards new milestones and sustainable success.

Randy has been married to his wife Judy for 44 years.  They have 5 children, 22 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
