GDOL to host a recruitment for Propex Operating Company in Dalton

ATLANTA – The Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) will host a recruitment for Propex Operating Company, LLC., a geosynthetic solutions company, to hire 13 employees to work in Ringgold.

The recruitment will be held on Thursday, June 29, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the GDOL’s Dalton Career Center located at 1406 Chattanooga Ave. in Dalton.

The employer is recruiting beaming machine operators, extrusion line operators, industrial maintenance technicians, nonwoven line operators, tie in machine operators, weavers and weaving loom technicians.

Due to U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, all applicants must be at least 18 years old. While it is not required, a high school diploma or a General Education Diploma (GED) is preferred.

All applicants are required to have at least six months of related experience. At least two years of related experience is preferred for the industrial maintenance technicians.

Salaries will depend on the position and experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision and a 401k plan.
