GDOL to help Aerotek recruit workers in Calhoun tomorrow

ATLANTA — The Georgia Department of Labor’s (GDOL) Rome Career Center will help Aerotek Staffing recruit about 10 production workers for Kerry Ingredients & Flavours, a food processor in Calhoun.

The recruitment will be held Friday, Jan. 22, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the Gordon County Agricultural Center located at 1282 Highway 53 Spur S.W. in Calhoun.

Due to U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, applicants must be at least 18 years old. They must also have a high school diploma or a General Education Diploma GED).

Depending on experience, salaries begin at $11 an hour.

The company will conduct a background check and a drug-screening test.
