Atlanta – Polling precincts across Georgia will be open to voters from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. for the Nov. 5, 2013 General Election. Individuals are able to confirm their polling location by visiting the Secretary of State’s My Voter Page at www.sos.ga.gov/mvp. Individuals are also encouraged to verify the hours in which their polling location will be open with the local boards of elections as hours can vary.

Secretary Kemp also reminded voters to bring any valid state or federal government issued ID.

Types of valid photo ID include:

● A Georgia driver’s license, even if expired

● Valid employee photo ID from any branch, department, agency or entity of the U.S.

● Valid U.S. passport

● Valid U.S. military photo ID

● Valid tribal photo ID
