Rudy Lee Vinson and Annastasia Nicole Earwood were arrested in western Georgia tonight after a brief police chase for the theft of the Cartersville Police Vehicle that occurred on Saturday, December 10th. The car was recovered the very next day, but the suspects were still on the loose until tonight.
