As of 2:50 Thursday afternoon, the Georgia Department of Public Health has reported 2,159 COVID-19 confirmed cases in Bartow County, 45 more than yesterday.
They also reported Bartow County had 236 hospitalizations, with 65 deaths. That is three hospitalizations since yesterday and no deaths since Tuesday.
Cartersville Medical Center reports they have eleven patients admitted that are positive for COVID-19. According to the same reports, there are no patients admitted awaiting COVID-19 test results.
The public health department also reports 246,741 confirmed cases of COVID-19 statewide and 4,904 deaths.
