This new press release is to correct a mistake in the press release sent yesterday about the Constellium recruitment in Bartow County.  It was inadvertently advertised that the company is recruiting for three maintenance technicians and three tooling technicians. It should have been three maintenance technicians and “one” tooling technician.

GDOL to help Constellium recruit workers in Bartow County

ATLANTA – The Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) will help auto-parts manufacturer Constellium, LLC, recruit a number of workers for its plant in White.

The company is recruiting three industrial maintenance technicians and one tooling technician. Applicants should apply online. Those who are qualified will be invited to attend a recruiting session on Tuesday, Aug. 16, to be interviewed by the employer.

Due to U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, applicants must be at least 18 years old. They must also have a high school diploma, or a General Education Diploma (GED).

Also, industrial maintenance technicians must have at least two years of work experience, along with a two-year combination of technical college education, or military experience in a related field such as electrical technology, electronics or mechanics. Tooling technicians must have at least five years of tool and die experience.

Salaries range from $23.50 to $30 an hour, depending on the position and experience.
