Press Release: The City of Cartersville Received Ransomware Attack May 6, 2019 – The City of Cartersville received a ransomware attack over the weekend.  While the City is operational, there are potentially some areas that have been impacted.  The City is working with authorities as well as a third party consultant to remedy any issues as quickly as possible.

Customer Service is open and can receive payments.  However, online bill pay is currently not available.  Customers will either need to mail their payments or come to the Customer Service Office at City Hall.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our citizens.
