Eighteen year old Hilary Mariah Hobbs of Cartersville died in a one vehicle accident Friday. According to reports from the Georgia State patrol, accident occurred Friday evening at 6:29 p.m. on Hall Station Road. A 2005 Volkswagen Beetle being driven by Hobbs was traveling south on Hall Station Road when her vehicle traveled off the west shoulder, re-entered the roadway, began to rotate off the west shoulder, and struck a tree with the vehicle’s rear end. She died in the crash. Alcohol is not suspected and her seat belt was in use.
